This map presented by the Kurdish Kurdish League Delegation to the first session of the United Nations at San Francisco in 30th of March 1945.
"A League of Nations' Commission of Inquiry with Belgian, Hungarian and Swedish members was sent to the region in 1924 to study the case and found that the people of Mosul did not want to be part of Turkey or Iraq but if they had to choose would pick Iraq"
